How will I know if there’s a maintenance cap (e.g. a ‘not to exceed’ limit) for the job?
The Not to Exceed (NTE) limit will appear in the work order you receive. If you expect work to exceed the NTE, please contact us prior to completing work so that we can coordinate with the property owner for approval. You also can call for onsite approval at 833-206-4555. Please invoice appropriately and fairly if the work falls below the NTE.
